Hypnotherapy Sessions are 50 minutes to 1 hour in duration - fees are per session unless otherwise stated
This is where we will discuss your needs, take history and work out a therapy plan. I will also talk you through how the brain works with Hypnotherapy. At this consultation you will also be provided with a relaxation audio track (mp3) to start the hypnotherapy journey.

Gastric Band Hypnosis (price on application)
Undertaken over 3 weeks (may need to be extended dependent on phobia/s) - block booking, extra sessions £40 each
The Rewind Technique & Reframe sessions are the tools for this therapy, phobias can include things like flying, heights, spiders, water etc etc
Per session (45 mins)
Payment to be made prior to each session via internet banking (BACS). Minimum 48 hrs notice for cancellation. If we do not receive the required notice of cancellation you will be charged full rate for the missed session/s. A notice period of one month (existing clients) will be given for any increase in charges.
