We're Here to Listen ...
Our experience enables us to offer effective individualised care. Through counselling we treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a non-judgemental and neutral ground for all clients.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns and customising to suit individual needs.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic and PTSD circumstances. Anxiety, fear and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
We can also offer the "REWIND" Technique for a fast trauma, PTSD or phobia cure.
The loss of a loved one can be a devastating event and the pain of loss unbearable. Feelings of guilt, anger and grief can become apparent and each individual responds differently. Counsellors will help you through these feelings in more detail and talk through your concerns of the future.
We also work compassionately with end-of-life clients.
